About the park

Lingwood Park, a family-owned business, first opened in 2003 and was so successful that a second field opened in 2006. There are 36 static caravans with pitches varying in size to accommodate single and twin units.

Park Features

All vans are environmentally friendly and complemented with wooden decking according to customers' requirements. This private site is surrounded by mature woodland overlooking Morecambe Bay. There is a security barrier on entering the park.

Other features included;

• dusk till dawn street lighting,
• generous parking,
• gas bottle service supplied and connected to the van,
• mains water, electric and sewage and recycling facilities.

Caravan Lifespan

Each new van* has a 15yrs' lifespan; during this period, if circumstances change for the customer, there is the option of removing to another park, selling to the public or selling to the park.

*You may choose your caravan from local dealers direct, using your own choice of insurance broker.

Pitch Maintenance

Each pitch is maintained by the customer so it's a home from home. We have customers who have been here from the start!

The Season

The season runs from 1st March till 10th January. There are currently two empty pitches that are available for new or good quality second hand vans.
